How to prepare Nimki
Nimki prepared with all purpose flour and redchilli powder. It takes less time and easy to prepare. This crispy snack can enjoyed at evening time with tea.
Preparation time: 45 minutes.
All purpose Flour (Maida): 1 cup
Red chilli powder: 1tsp
Oil : to deep fry.
Salt to taste.
Take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Prepare a dough mixing with water.
Make small balls and roll it into a round disc on a flat surface with rolling pin.
Cut that with a knife into small pieces like shown in the below image.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the above pieces.
This can be stored in air tight container upto 3 weeks.
